Carriers are filing endorsements that remove coverage for claims involving artificial intelligence. Most reporting says “Chubb and Travelers are dropping AI coverage” and stops. This register goes to the filing: form number, title, line of business, the state, the SERFF tracking number, the date it was submitted and what the state did with it. A person reads each record. Nothing here is generated.
Click a row for the filing details. “Approved” is the state’s disposition of the filing; it does not mean the form is on any particular policy. Editions are as shown in the filing.

These are credible, and they are probably right. They are kept apart because we have not read the filing. Each moves up to the table the day we do.
Just as useful as a hit. If a client asks whether their commercial auto renewal carries an AI exclusion, this is the evidence that ISO’s 2025 auto revision does not.
A headline like “carrier X drops AI coverage” can mean any of these. Only the last two change what a business is covered for.
Drop a client’s renewal, or a whole book of them, and the scanner flags any of these form numbers on the schedule — plus AI-exclusion wording from forms we haven’t catalogued yet. In your browser, nothing uploaded.
